ROTARY LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (RLI) – PART 2, was held, online, on Thursday 11th January 2024. RLI’s purpose is to help individual Rotarians and future club leaders to prepare for their club and community roles through quality training and educational experience. It also supports the learning and development of Fellow Rotarians.
Tonight’s session focused on: Rotary Opportunities A Journey of Growth and Development; Effective Leadership Strategies & Club Communication; Rotary’s Vision, Mission & Values; Teams and Team Building; and The Rotaract Academy.
More than 105 Rotarians from District 2452 attended this fascinating session, where the inspirational speakers were from different countries of District 2452.
