District 2452 Rotary Youth Leadership Award ‘RYLA” from 19 to 21 April 2024, at Ehden Country Club, in Lebanon, in the presence of District Governor, Bashar Haddad, and District Governor’s Aide for Youth, Rosa Shahin & District Governor’s Aide for Learning Affairs, Samar Saab.
This year’s RYLA’s theme is: START FROM WITHIN, where participants are to know their potential and to focus on and prioritize developing their personal & basic professional skills, in order to reach success.
One hundred Rotaractors and guests attended RYLA, which was indeed an outstanding life-changing experience..
Their were many inspirational speakers during the event: Mr. Hassan Chaker: Communication with Impact; Dr. Abdallah Mazahreh: Leadership in Times of Uncertainty; Mr. Andrew Haddad: Build, Collaborate, Accomplish; Dr. Hady Safe: Unlock Your Potential; Ms. Maria Saab: Emotional Intelligence: The Key to Success; and Mr. Andre Abi Awad: Lead with an Entrepreneurial Mindset. The Key note speaker was Mr. Carlos Ghosn: Driving Success.
