District Governor Bashar Haddad Embarks on Official Visits to Lebanese Rotary Clubs

In the realm of Rotary service, the initiation of Official Visits carries significant weight, symbolizing a commitment to engagement, collaboration, and progress within local communities. District Governor Bashar Haddad of District 2452, Lebanon, exemplifies this dedication through his recent series of online Official Visits to various Lebanese Rotary Clubs.

Commencing on Monday, January 15th, District Governor Bashar Haddad, accompanied by Deputy District Governor Chawkat Houalla and District Governor’s Aide Samar Saab, embarked on his inaugural visit to the Rotary Club of Beirut Liberty. Despite its youth, having been chartered in April 2022, the club has demonstrated remarkable contributions to its community.

Continuing his journey on Tuesday, January 16th, District Governor Haddad, along with his accompanying officials, delved deeper into the Lebanese Rotary landscape. Their visit encompassed the Rotary Clubs of Beirut Center, Metn, and Sahel Metn, where they attentively absorbed each club’s presentations, offering constructive feedback and well wishes for their ongoing endeavors.

On Wednesday, January 17th, the focus shifted to the Rotary Club of Hammana Upper Metn, Beirut Cadmos, and Metn Praxis, where District Governor Haddad commended their commitment to fellowship and service.

Thursday, January 18th, witnessed District Governor Haddad’s visit to the Lebanese Rotary Club of Akkar, acknowledging their commendable efforts despite their recent charter status in October 2023.

The momentum continued on Friday, January 19th, as District Governor Haddad engaged with the Rotary Clubs of Tripoli, Zgharta Zawieh, and Tripoli Cosmoplis, emphasizing the importance of strategic planning for sustainable club growth.

Furthering his outreach, District Governor Haddad convened with the Rotary Club of Tripoli El Mina on Monday, January 22nd, and the Rotary Club of Byblos Jbeil on Tuesday, January 23rd, underscoring the significance of membership recruitment strategies.

Wednesday, January 24th, marked a significant milestone with District Governor Haddad’s visit to the Rotary Club of Beirut Pax Potentia, the first cause-based club in District 2452 dedicated to promoting peace. Impressed by their achievements, he offered encouragement for their future endeavors.

The latter part of January saw District Governor Haddad’s engagements with the Rotary Club of Beirut Hills Ashrafieh, Tyre Europa, Batroun, and Beirut Metropolitan, where he pledged support and extended best wishes for their projects.

Continuing his journey into February, District Governor Haddad visited the Rotary Club of Tripoli El Maarad on Monday, February 5th, and the Rotary Club of Saida on Wednesday, February 7th, recognizing the impactful projects undertaken within their communities.

Finally, on Friday, February 9th, District Governor Haddad concluded his Official Visits with the Rotary Club of Kesrouan, where he applauded their meaningful projects and contributions to Rotary’s global initiatives.
