The Rotary Clubs of Nicosia Sarayonu, Kyrenia Liman, Kyrenia St. Hilarion and Kyrenia Cosmopolitan, joined hands to make a meaningful contribution during the Ramadan Holiday, which fell between April 10-12, 2024, by collectively donating a generous total of 208 Ramadan Food Packages. The Presidents of the clubs, Behiye Müftüzade, Çilem Maniga Vural, Ali Vudalı, Olgun Topalcık and Past Presidents, Özcan Bundak, Gültaç Özsan, PR Chair Nina Ratib, Rotarian Azime Sonuç and Rotarian Sara Bozdoğan delivered the Ramadan Food Packages to Nicosia and Kyrenia Social Services and Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Municipalities.

Such acts of solidarity and community support play a pivotal role in fostering welfare and unity within society, reflecting the core values of Rotary worldwide. This exemplary gesture of kindness and compassion is expected to inspire others to engage in similar acts of giving, amplifying the positive impact on the community. Gratitude is extended to the dedicated employees of Nicosia and Kyrenia Social Services Departments, as well as Lapta Alsancak Çamlıbel Municipality Mayor Mr. Fırat Ataser and his team, for their gracious hospitality and collaboration in facilitating this initiative.
